Dim Sum Inc Festival, Fulfilling your Dim Sum Craving 24 Hours

Located in the Pasar Festival Kuningan, Dim Sum Inc is a perfect place to have a quick bite to fulfill your crave for dimsum at anytime. This place is open 24 Hours and always full with guests. They also has a big screen that plays your favorite sport team. They have wide various of menu from Chinese, indonesian, and also western cuisine. This restaurant also served various drinks from Coffee up until Beers. I guess because they open 24 Hours so you can get coffee or cold beers at anytime of the day. 

Their place is always pack with come and go guest. The restaurant is design sort of like an open bar concept with wooden chair and bench, at night their lighting is mostly dominated coming from candle that resides nicely on every table. They play the music quite loud so you really feel like in some kind off sports bar rather than in the dim sum place. Their service is quite slow. Last time i visit i have to call the waited couple of time just to get our menu and our food come out not simultaneously. It's just depressing to keep asking when our food is come out when your hungry.

HarGau - 19,9 K

Har Gau is my favorite dim sum. I always order this anytime if i crave for dimsum. This thin and tranclucent dumpling filled with perfectly cooked Shrimp is perfect to enjoy with chilli sauce. However Har Gau taste here is just okay, nothing special. 

Shiu May - 19,9 K

Shiu May is also must order dimsum everywhere , because it's both of our favorite dimsum . This small steamed chicken and shrimp dumpling inside a thin wheat flour wrapped is also enjoy with chilli sauce. Compare to the har gau , we think the shiu may is taste way better/. 

Chicken Porridge - 24,9 K

Since i am also very hungry , i also order myself a bowl of chicken pouridge. This chinese pouridge served with piece of cakwe and spring onion and shredded chicken meat. For the taste is just blunt , i am not very found of this chicken pouridge. But it sufficient to fulfilled my hungry tummy.

 

For dessert we order Fried Durian, this crispy flour outside and creamy durian paste inside is a must try for durian lover. It's just delicious. 

For drinks we order the ice lychee tea - 24,9 K and also Badak Sarsaparila - 19,9 K. For Badak Sarsaparilla is actually only produce in the siantar so basically is traditional "Cola" Drinks. 

Overall for place to eat at anytime of the day this one is a good choice . you can choose from wide various type of menu and just enjoy the casual dining experience anytime of the day.
